[NEW PKG] VLC with VDPAU support

I built an bleeding edge version of vlc:

It has hardware acceleration enabled.
Install it with:

sudo pacman -Sy vlc-dev

Read the output how to enable vdpau support or use the second desktop file to start with vdpau enabled.

Running Systems >>    TV: Jaz [0.2.1 - i686/x86_64] + Ashoc [trunk-i686] - Netbook: Jaz [0.2.1-i686]
NOTE >>                        Add [Jaz] or [Ashoc] to your thread when you're using Chakra GNU/Linux as base
