Add Ndiswrapper as part of install/live cd

Many people need this and it currently, if a wireless card is not natively supported, then one has to wire up, then download ndiswrapper.  If one is savvy enough, then one could copy those files to a usb drive and install them with pacman, then go from there.  Since there is no way to save one's configuration from a live Chakra session currently, this is a lot of fussing just to be wireless.

Please create an Enhancement-Bug-Report, it's soo much easier to manage bug reports than Forum-Posts smile

Oh, duh onme, I thought it would be a different "area" as it really didn't seem to be something that was malfuntioning.
