After nearly 3 months of having KDE 4.9 in unstable and last week testing repo's, the Chakra-Project team is happy to announce we feel KDE 4.9.0 is ready for our stable users the same day that KDE announces this release
Some new features to highlight, nepomuk is fully integrated in Dolphin, and can perform any directory search directly in Dolphin. After many years of seeing the request of mouse back/forward buttons to work in Dolphin, this feature is implemented in 4.9.
For the rest of the news, please read KDE release announcement, and you will also understand why the Chakra ISO's following the KDE 4.9 series are named Claire.

- Read all the pacman instructions carefully, and answer "yes" to all replaces questions.
- After the update is finished correctly, make sure to reboot your system
- Do not use Apper for updates
